Mediatheque
The Tomaž Brate and MoTA Mediatheque is a joint project pursued by the Jakopič Gallery and the Museum of Transitory Art (MoTA), i.e. the first artist-in-residence programme for foreign artists in Ljubljana.
The Mediatheque operates as a reading room, providing publications dealing with modern art, design, architecture and theory. Contemporary audio-visual production will also soon be available to visitors. The Mediatheque contains the entire private book collection of the recently departed architect Tomaž Brate, whose memory also provides its name.
