Unburdened by history, the gallery programme is based on exhibitions of a dialogic nature, i.e. a dialogic relation between two artists and curators. Usually from a younger generation, an invited artist is given an opportunity to choose, in order to co-operate in preparation of an exhibition project, another artist or creator pertaining to any sphere of cultural creativity.
The artist concerned is thus given a free hand to choose his/her collaborator to enter the communication process, without any limitations on the age, style or technical means. Our aim is to establish an interactive and dynamic programme of intellectually provocative exhibitions, to promote a discourse between various protagonists of both the local and international artistic scene, and to facilitate the creation of artistic production which, due to its dialogic nature, will bring a significant share of fresh and new ideas into considerations about joint work. The other part of the exhibition programme is accounted for by exhibitions by artists in residence.
