Join us for a coffee in the courtyard of the City Museum of Ljubljana at the presentation of the project Turni Into The Wall - from the international call for proposals to the realisation of the mural on the museum facade. Jani Pirnat, the project manager and curator of the Match Gallery, will present the temporary mural by the german street artist Krashkid, which decorate the museum's inner courtyard from the end of 2023. You will also see the exhibition of the 10 best solutions submitted at the open call for the mural.

We invite you to join us on Friday, 24 May 2024, at 9.30 p.m. in front of the Match Gallery for the opening of the 18th Lighting Guerrilla Festival: Transformations. During the festival (until 22 June) we encourage you to get a leaflet of this year's edition and explore the light installations around Ljubljana and visit the light installations in our gallery (until 1 September).

We are joining again the three-day initiative Ljubljana Art Weekend, that connects the most important contemporary art venues in Ljubljana. For the occasion we organized a special guided tour of the largest ever mid-career retrospective exhibition of Klavdij Sluban with our curator Dr Marija Skočir. Sluban, master of the analogue black-and-white technique is one of the world's most renowned photographers of Slovenian origin. His way of photographing is impulsive and intuitive.
