"Cold front from the Balkans" opens at the Istanbul's Pera Museum

The exhibition "Cold front from the Balkans" opened today at the Museum in Istanbul, curated by Alenka Gregorič, curator at the City Art Gallery of Ljubljana, and Ali Akay, a curator and academician. The exhibition is an effort to create an overview of art of the Balkan region, which also presents a selection of artists from Slovenia. The exhibition features the following artists:  Maja Bajević, Dimitrije Bašičević – Mangelos, Luchezar Boyadjiev, Yane Calovski & Hristina Ivanoska, Mircea Cantor, Jasmina Cibic, Nemanja Cvijanović, Lana Čmajčanin, Braco Dimitrijević, Goran Djordjević, Vadim Fiškin, Tomislav Gotovac, Ion Grigorescu, Ibro Hasanović, Irwin, Laibach, Vlado Martek, Mladen Miljanović, Ivan Moudov, OHO, Adrian Paci, Dan Perjovschi, Lia Perjovschi, Mark Požlep, Kiril Prashkov, Anri Sala, Erzen Shkololli, Sašo Stanojković, Mladen Stilinović, Raša Todosijević, Slaven Tolj, Jelena Tomašević, Milica Tomić, Ulay, Sisley Xhafa and Katarina Zdjelar.  

The exhibition is a result of the partnership between the Pera Museum and the City Gallery of Ljubljana.
