We will head towards Levstik Square and see Plečnik’s arrangement of the former St James’s Square with a fountain. Our path will then lead us towards Ljubljana’s central marketplace where Plečnik aptly arranged two wash basins, after which we will make a stop at the public water tap in Park Zvezda. We will also peek into the atrium, and fountain, of today’s Constitutional Court. Our walk will end at the shallow fountain, which Plečnik designed in the triangular children’s park at the entrance of Tivoli Park.

The guided tour will take approximately 90 minutes and concludes at the entrance of Tivoli Park. The number of participants is limited to 15 persons; prior reservations are mandatory, before Friday 17 November at 2 p.m., at na prijava@mgml.si of by phone at 01 24 12 506. The tour is free.

***In case of bad weather the city tour will be replaced by a guided tour of the exhibition Plečnik and water: fountains in the city.***
