Our congratulations go to Andrej Lodrant, one of Plečnik's last students, for his respectable personal jubilee
Today, Andrej Lodrant, one of Plečnik’s last students, celebrates his 90th birthday. We wish to sincerely congratulate him for his high personal jubilee, and wish him many more healthy years to come!
When he last visited the Plečnik House in 2019 we, naturally, allowed him to take his usual seat in the drawing room located in the circular room upstairs. On that occasion, we also received a precious gift from him – a transferer, a drawing accessory for planning, which he received as a gift from Plečnik himself.
The testimonies of Mr. Lodrant will better highlight the work done at Plečnik’s seminar in the years following World War II at the exhibition Nulla Dies Sine Linea. Professor Plečnik and his School in Ljubljana, opening in October 2022 at the Plečnik House.
